Initial Comments:An off-site follow-up survey conducted on August 19, 2022, found that Faithful Home Care Solutions, LLC had corrected the deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a Medicare recertification survey completed on July 28, 2022.

Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on July 28, 2022.
